We talk through your project — new build, renovation, or upgrade. We discuss what you want to control, how you live in the space, and what budget you are working with. No commitment, no jargon.
We come to your home or job site, walk every room, and identify camera locations, speaker placements, network drop points, and equipment closet. We coordinate with your builder and architect if construction is in progress.
You get a room-by-room equipment list with specific brands and models, a detailed scope of work, and a fixed price. Every line item is explained — no mysterious "AV package" lump sum.
Our team runs all low-voltage cabling before drywall — speaker wire, ethernet, security camera home runs, and rack feeds. Everything is labeled and terminated to a structured panel.
After paint and trim, we install speakers, cameras, access points, and rack equipment. We program the system, train you on the apps, and do a full walk-through. We don't leave until everything works the way you expect.

How long does the whole thing take?
For a typical new construction project, prewire happens during framing and trim install happens 1-2 weeks before move-in. For renovations and existing homes, most projects are completed in 2-4 weeks from contract signing.
Do you work with my builder or general contractor?
Yes — and we strongly prefer it. We coordinate directly with your GC, electrician, framer, and drywaller so the low-voltage scope drops cleanly into the existing schedule.
What if I just want one or two systems, not everything?
Totally fine. Smart Build is designed to scale from a single zone of audio up to a complete five-system installation. We will price exactly what you need and nothing more.
