Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council
Calvin Gorriaran, the Founder of Mission Digital, is currently on the Board of Directors and is the former IT Committee Chair for the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council is a community-based organization with nearly 54,000 girl members and 18,000 adult members. Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) is the world's preeminent organization for girls, with a membership of 1.7 million girls and adults. Today, as when founded in 1912, GSUSA helps cultivate values, social conscience, and self-esteem in young girls, while also teaching them critical life skills that will enable them to succeed as adults. In Girl Scouting and its special girl-only environment-girls discover the fun, friendship, and power of girls together.
Greatwood Community Association
Calvin served as President on the Greatwood Community Associatation Board of Directors from 2019 - 2023. Calvin believes that the time invested in being a Board member is another way for him to give back to the community that helped start Mission Digital. Calvin was previously a neighborhood representative for the Trails section of Greatwood. Greatwood is a master plan community of nearly 4,200 homes and 15,000 residents, located in Sugar Land, Texas.
